This Sunday we will be launching a new sermon series at FBC Sheffield that I am very excited about. I’ve entitled it Trader. The premise is grounded in Christ’s call for us to completely sell-out for Him. Jesus said in Matthew 13:44, “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.” I trust that like me you want to be able to say each day that you are less and less in love with this world and its pleasures and more and more in love with Christ and passionate about His glory.
